Order processing and Delivery information

1. Most orders are processed within 12 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekends)
2. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day
3. Deliveries to USA locations are usually delivered within 2-5 business days

4. International orders will be processed and sent via post & tracked with a charge of $30.00 flat rate.

5. Any import duty or local taxes applicable in the delivery country are the responsibility of the recipient

6. Freight for orders over 5kg will be quoted on an individual basis on either international shipping or door to door courier.
